2020 June 3, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) voted on imports of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy from China's steel alloy wire rod (Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod) first sunset review of industrial damage affirmative final determination, ruled that if the abolition of the existing anti-dumping and countervailing measures, within a reasonably foreseeable period, imports of the product concerned material injury to the US domestic industry is likely to continue or recur.
Based on the above affirmative final ruling of industrial damage, in this case the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures remain in force.
