(1) Observe the thickness of the prepainted steel coil
Color steel plate is composed of substrate and color coating or coating. We first have to consider the thickness of the substrate and the coating, the better color steel plate substrate is 0.02~0.05mm, and the thickness of the coating or coating is often only 0.15mm or less. (2) Observe the thickness of the covering film
Some manufacturers of coated galvanized steel often do tricks on the substrate and PPGI-coated coil, they reduce the thickness of the substrate, but increase the thickness of the coating to reduce the production cost of the PPGI steel coil, which greatly reduces the service life of the prepainted galvanized steel coil.
(3) Observe the exposed edge of the PPGI color-coated coil
When I get a prepainted steel coil, I first observe whether the exposed steel of the colored steel coil such as the section is crystal fine, whether it is gray, dark, or impurities. If the cut surface is crystalline and fine-compact, the quality is superior.
(4) Listen to the sound
Use your fingers or hard objects to tap the prepainted galvanized steel coil, if the material of the prepainted galvanized steel coil is poor, the sound emitted is muffled, the metal sound is not obvious, and the metal sound of the colored steel plate with better material is relatively loud and crisp.
(5) Check the quality certificate of the PPGI
Whether there are inspection standards of relevant departments. If possible, try to visit the manufacturer of the prepainted galvanized steel. See how the environment of the enterprise is and whether it is formal. Ask the market about the reputation of this company.
(6) Look at the price
