The Pattern Pre-Printed Galvanized Steel Coil is also used to manufacture steel sheet and coil with
coatings of aluminium, or alloy coatings of Alu-Zinc and Zinc which may also be factory pre-painted.
Zinc coated steel substrate for PPGI is typically produced on a continuous galvanizing line.
Metallic coated steel is cleaned, pre-treated, applied with various layers of organic coatings which
can be paints, vinyl dispersions, or laminates. The continuous process used to apply these coatings
is often referred to as Coil Coating.

low temperature. For example, the ordinary coating material can make the color coated aluminum-zinc
alloy maintain stable processing performance above 0 degree, but in the high mountain area, the
temperature will be lower than 20-40 degrees, the ordinary paint will become brittle, bend and crack,
and even lose the paint. The protection function is completely lost, but the high quality PVDF coatings
we use have excellent weatherability and corrosion resistance, and can last longer.
