PPGI/PPGL Steel Coil and Processing Technology

Color-coated steel coil,

also known as colored steel coil, utilizes composite technology to highly combine steel with colored film. It also possesses excellent performance from various materials, greatly enhancing the chemical stability of the material. The color coating enables the steel coil to have more effective rust and corrosion resistance. Color steel not only has the excellent qualities of steel in terms of flexibility, plasticity, pressure resistance, wear resistance, heat dissipation, and high-temperature resistance, but also stands out in terms of color, smoothness, and touch. It is worth mentioning that all the raw materials used in the production of color-coated rollers are pollution-free and environmentally friendly materials. Color-coated coils can use hot-dip galvanized sheets, hot-dip aluminum-zinc sheets, and electro-galvanized sheets respectively as substrate, etc. The substrate undergoes surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing, chemical conversion treatment), and then one or more layers of organic coatings are applied to its surface. The coated substrate is then processed by baking and curing to form the final product.Color-coating steel coil is light in weight, beautiful in appearance, good in anti-corrosion performance, and can be processed directly.

2.Hot-dip aluminum-zinc color coated sheet(prepainted galvalume steel sheet)

Paint Coating Type 1. Polyester (PE): Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, and low cost.

2. Silicon-modified polyester(SMP): Good abrasion resistance and heat resistance, as well as good external durability and anti-chalking, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost.

3. High Durability Polyester(HDP): Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, excellent outdoor durability and anti-pulverization, good paint film adhesion, rich color, more cost-effective.

4. Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF): Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and Anti-chalking, excellent solvent resistance, good mold-ability, stain resistance, limited color choice, and high cost.

Yes, We can provide samples for regular products in small quantities for free. Customers bear freight charges. Whether samples can be
provided depends on the inventory in some cases.

Q. What info should the customer provide for a precise quotation of PPGI PPGL Steel Coils, and Corrugated Steel Sheet?
We should know the material grade, coil sheet thickness, and width, the requirement for the coating layer(metal coating, prepainted layer thickness), and order quantity. Additional tiles size for corrugated.

Our package is strong and waterproof suitable for sea transportation.

Q: How long will your delivery time be?
we can deliver consignment in 7~15 days for small quantities, and 20~25 days for bulk orders.

Q: What payment terms do you accept?
Generally, Customers pay 30% T/T payment as a deposit in advance, the balance paid before shipping after the customer has inspected the ordered goods and approved shipping, balance payment is made against B/L copy or by Irrevocable L/C.
