PRODUCT PROCESS

Colored Aluminized Zinc Steel Coil

1 the crane lifts the steel coil to the inlet saddle, the rolled car takes the steel coil from the saddle, and then sends it to the unwinding drum.

2. The uncoiler rotates, the uncoiler swings, and the steel head enters the kneading machine

3.The steel strip runs forward and the upper roller and the next roller are cut and welded to the narrow seam welder.

4. bars of steel are sprayed with alkali solution, washed with alkali solution, electrically removed oil, washed with water, spray-cleaned and dried.

5.strip steel is heat-treated in the annealing furnace and then fed into the zinc pot along the furnace nose.

6.The strip steel attaches a layer of molten zinc from the surface of the zinc pot.Compressed air from the air knife blows away excess zinc fluid to ensure even thickness of the zinc layer.

7.The bars are cooled by air and then cooled by water quenchin

8. pass the steel strip through the finishing machine and the tension straightening machine to the chemical treatment section for passivation (line 5 has fingerprint resistance)

9. the steel strip goes into the outlet bender, and then the bender is checked and oiled into the coiler for winding.When the weight of the coil is reached, separate the coils.

10.The unloading trolley takes down the steel coil from the coiler, and then the crane lifts the coil to the finished product warehouse for packaging.
