Galvalume Steel Coil Description:

The hot-dip Al-Zn coated steel is a kind of coated steel. With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, it is produced through applying Al-Zn coat on both faces by hot dip process. In this coating, Al accounts for about 55%, Si 1.5%, Zn 43.5%. It enjoys both the physical protective property of Zn. And its surface has bright silver color and regular embossed-like figure, which are highly decorative.

Strictly follow coating thickness measurement, hardness testing (pencil hardness, scratch hardness), flexibility testing (impact, the shaft bends, T bend, cup drawing, stretch), adhesion test (scratch test), degree of curing test (glass transition test, solvent resistance test, the dry heat test), other performance testing (Pressure spot test, baking test, stain resistance test, chemical resistance test, the abrasion test, Drop test, the coefficient of friction test).

1. Q: What is the MOQ.?

A: Generally speaking, the MOQ is 25 metric ton per GI steel size, if your quantity is small, it also is ok.

2. Q: Is it available for logo printing?

A: Any kind of logo printing or design are available.

3. Q: What is your shipping terms?

A: FOB, CFR, CNF, and CIF by Container or Bulf.

4. Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment 30% in advance by TT, Payment 20% T/T in advance and 10% before shipping, the balance against BL copy. Or L/C at sight.
