Similar to galvanized steel coils, Galvalume coils can be produced by hot dip process. Its coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. Galvalume coils excel in performance and have good corrosion resistance.

Galvalume steel coil combines the physical durability of aluminum with the chemical protection of zinc.Galvalume steel coil has the following advantages

First it has galvanized steel 3 times the corrosion resistance.And 55% aluminum is less dense than zinc.So the area of the galvalume steel coil was larger than the galvanized steel coil at the same weight and plating.

The testing of galvalume steel coil includes coating thickness measurement, hardness test, flexibility test, adhesion test (scratch test), solidification test and other performance tests, including pressure point test, chemical resistance test, abrasion test, friction coefficient test and so on.

Packing Detail

Each bare wire coil is securely attached to two strips of tape through the eyes of the coil (or not) and a circumference.

These contacts on the edge of the coil are protected by edge protectors.

Then wrap the coil properly in waterproof/waterproof paper, and wrap it properly and completely in metal.

You can use wooden tray and tray, or according to your requirements.

And each wrapping coil should be properly wrapped with tape, three or six such tapes passing

through the eyes of

the coil at about the same distance.
