12 Gauge Color Coated Aluminium Roofing Sheet: Based on AA1100, AA3003, AA5052, AA5754,1.0-4.0mm thick aluminum zinc plate, according to our standards.Coating method: using the most advanced PCM printing, 2 and 2 bake coating, no color, extremely flat art methods.Positive Coating: use of KYNAR 500 fluororesin coating (fluororesin content exceeds 70%).Dress assurance: 20 years coating guarantee.Coating thickness: 30 μm.Film thickness: PVC film, standard thickness is 80μm.
Color requirements: to provide according to the customer's color palette or color number.Gloss requirement: can be increased from 20% to 60% according to customer's gloss requirements.Processing Method: The mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy sheet, using a special bending radius, in addition to finishing the welding process.Wallboard specifications: 1700mm wide and 6000mm long.PCM: is a code word for the colorless technology of printing pre-coating (roller coating).
