EN 10346 DX51D Galvanized Steel Sheet is pickled by the process and the rolling process through the zinc pot full hard plate, and then coated with a zinc film produced.EN 10346 DX51D Galvanized Steel Sheet has a thicker zinc coating, having excellent corrosion resistance, it is the most common type of steel sheet.EN 10346 DX51D Galvanized Steel Sheet is coated with organic layer, which provides higher anti-corrosion property and a longer lifespan than that of galvanized steel sheets.The base metals for prepainted steel sheet consist of cold rolled, HDG electro-galvanized and Hop-dip zinc-alu-mag base metal. The finish coats of prepainted steel sheets can be classified into groups as follows: polyester, silicon modified polyesters, polyvinylidene fluoride, high-durability polyester, etc.All of our equipments, production flow, and quality control system have passed ISO9001: 2000 certificate since 2004.
