Definition of zinc layer
(1) Normal zinc flower coating spangle coating
In the normal solidification process of the zinc layer, the zinc crystal grains are freely grown to form a coating having a distinct zinc flower morphology.
(2) small zinc flower plating minimized spangle coating
During the solidification of the zinc layer, the zinc grains are artificially restricted to form as fine a zinc coating as possible.
(3) zinc-free flower coating spangle-free
By adjusting the chemical composition of the plating solution, there is no visible visible zinc flower morphology and a uniform coating on the surface.
(4) Zinc-iron alloy coating zinc-iron alloy coating
The steel strip after passing through the galvanizing bath is heat-treated to form an alloy layer of zinc and iron throughout the plating layer. The coating has a dark gray appearance, no metallic luster, and is easy to be pulverized during vigorous molding, and is suitable for general purpose. In addition to cleaning, the coating can be applied directly without further processing.
(5) Differential coating
For both sides of a galvanized steel sheet, a coating having a different weight of the zinc layer is required.
(6) finishing skin pass
Finishing is a cold rolling process of a small amount of deformation of a galvanized steel sheet for one or more of the following purposes.
Improve the surface appearance of galvanized steel sheet or suitable for decorative coating; temporarily reduce the phenomenon of slip line (Rüdes line) or crease generated when the finished product is not processed.
