Q1: What are your terms of payment?

A: 30/T as the upfront deposit, 70% before delivery, We will show you the photos and package before you pay the balance.

Q2: What are the terms of delivery?

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF

Q3: What are the terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in bundles or coils with rods or belts, we could also pack the goods as the customers' requirements.

Q4: What's your delivery time?

A: For stocks, we could transport the goods to the loading port within 7 work days after we received the deposit. For the production period, it usually takes about 15 days to 30 days after we receive the deposit.

Q5: Could you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can custom-make by your samples or technique drawings, we can build the mold and fixtures.

Q6: Could you provide the compliment samples?

A: Yes, we could provide the free samples on condition that it is available in stock, however, the transportation fee is borne by buyer.

Q7: How could you guarantee your product's quality?

A: Each piece of product is manufactured by certified workshops, and inspected by us piece by piece according to national QA/QC standards. We also could issue a warranty to the customer to guarantee the quality.
